Steve is a Colorado native who grew up in Arvada and attended Regis University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Finance emphasis.  His corporate background includes 10 years at S&P Global working across internal teams ranging from offshore to executive management and externally with a range of Wall Street professionals.  After leaving the corporate world, Steve began his real estate career, personally investing in and rehabbing homes.  During this time also worked for several years as a residential real estate broker where he negotiated purchase and sale contracts for his clients.  Steve has a keen attention to detail, a high standard of work, and an enjoyment of creative deal structuring.  Steve and his wife live in the foothills where he a volunteer firefighter with Genesee Fire Rescue.  Additionally, he and his wife love to travel.
