Pete Foster is a Denver veteran in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. As a broker Pete focuses on Industrial, Office, Retail, Multi-Family and Investment Properties. Pete has been involved in the Colorado Commercial Real Estate industry for over 16 years, and has personally completed over 300 Commercial Real Estate transactions. Pete Foster brings a large range of knowledge from his degrees in Real Estate and Marketing and his experience working with Developers, Business Owners and large Financial Institutions. After serving in the United States Air Force, Pete received dual Bachelor’s of Science degrees with majors in Real Estate and Marketing from Colorado State University College of Business.

Over the last 16 years, Pete has represented a large number of Property Owners, Business Owners, Real Estate Funds and Private Equity Investors and has built an extensive personal and professional network in Denver and has consistently provided his clients with sound advice, detailed attention, impeccable service and long term vision. When Pete is not working on real estate deals, he enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, gardening and traveling internationally.
