Jessica joined Madison Commercial Properties in 2018 and provides numerous real estate services including strategic planning, portfolio optimization, site selection, development, leasing, sales/acquisitions, and contract negotiations.

As a Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor in Denver and Broker/Owner of the new satellite location serving Central Florida and the Orlando Metro, Jessica works with a variety of commercial real estate clients and property types. Her approach stems from personal experience as she and her husband own several personal commercial property investments which keep her in-tune with client’s needs and goals.

Her work ethic can be defined as diligent, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented. As a retired Veteran, she learned the value of service, professionalism, and commitment and this is evident in her daily interactions and “client first” philosophy.

Prior to joining Madison Commercial Properties, Jessica spent 23 years in the Army and Air Force where she served in a variety of roles in Medical Services, Public Affairs and within Wing Staff. These duties have given her the unique perspective and ability to connect with clients on a personal level, understanding a wide variety of client needs as well as a strong desire to help those around her find success, which crosses over to real estate clients and co-workers alike.

Jessica is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women, Orlando (CREW), Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), Denver Metro Association of Brokers (DMCAB) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
