Denver, CO – April 8, 2025 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the Sale of 1201 Pecos Street, Denver, CO 80204 for $2,500,000.

Pete Foster, Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Madison Commercial Properties, represented the Seller JTH Investments LLC in the transaction. Dan McGowan with JLL, represented the Buyer.

The purchase was driven primarily by the land’s value and will play a key role in a major redevelopment project that has yet to be announced.
