Denver, CO – March 25, 2025 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the purchase of 4675 W Tennessee Ave Denver, Colorado.  The 3,120 SF 5-unit multi-family building located in the Westwood neighborhood in Denver, sold on March 21, 2025 for $770,000 at a 5.86% Cap Rate or $247/SF in an off-market transaction.
