Denver, CO – July 8, 2024 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of Fish’s Liquormart, located at 1007 E. Harmony Road in Fort Collins. Established in 1995, this 8,364 SF Liquor Store achieved sales in excess of $2,890,000 in 2023. The business transaction successfully closed on July 2, 2024 for $1,125,000 or $725,000 plus $400,000 in inventory.
Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, both Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties represented the seller, BBK, LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, M&A Liquors, LLC was not represented.
