Announcing a 3-Year Lease Has Been Executed at 2200 S. Monaco Parkway in Denver, CO

Denver, CO – April 17, 2024 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at Monaco Village, 2200 S. Monaco Parkway in Denver.  Big Box Outlet, LLC signed a 3-year lease for Suites D&E, consisting of 10,387 square feet of retail space.  Big Box Outlet is a “bin store” concept that sells overstock, returned, and clearance merchandise from major retailers.
