Denver, CO – January 10, 2024 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at the Credit Union of Colorado building located at 8959 E 40th Avenue Denver, CO.  Kim Ruddell with Wills & Wellness Estate Planning signed a 7-year lease consisting of 2,286 SF of office space.

Wills & Wellness helps individuals and families in the Denver metro area and throughout Colorado.  They concentrate in estate planning, mediation, legacy planning and estate administration and probate.
