Announcing a 5-Year Lease Has Been Executed at 5105 DTC Parkway in Greenwood Village, CO

Denver, CO – January 4, 2024 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at the First Bank office building located at 5105 DTC Parkway Greenwood Village, CO.  Bill Wombacher, Sheela Stack and Brian Nazarenus with Nazarenus Stack and Wombacher Law (NSW Law) signed a 5-year lease consisting of 3,149 SF of office space.

NSW Law is a local attorney group that concentrates in water rights and environmental law for their clients.

Doug Gates, Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Madison Commercial Properties represented NSW Law in the transaction.  Karen Clarke with Transwestern Real Estate represented the local Landlord.
