Announcing a 7-Year Lease Has Been Executed at 8101 Midway Drive in Littleton, CO

Denver, CO – July 31, 2023 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at 8101 Midway Drive in Littleton, CO.  Tommy Harris with The Dugout Indoor Baseball & Softball Coaching signed a 7-year lease consisting of 22,639 SF of warehouse space.

Established in 2021 in Littleton, The Dugout seeks to train the youth in Littleton and surrounding areas by developing young athletes both physically and mentally.  Playing sports is an opportunity for kids to develop healthy habits, increase self-esteem, and work in a team environment to increase their abilities.  This will be their second location in the Littleton area.
