Madison Commercial Properties Announces the Launch of Independent Brokerage Firm
The commercial division of Madison & Company Properties, Madison Commercial Properties, LLC, is pleased to announce the launch of an independent, commercial brokerage firm.
Broker/Owner of Madison & Company Properties, Todd Narlinger, established Madison & Company in 2008 and has grown the firm to one of the largest residential brokerages by sales volume in the Denver Metro area with over 190 agents across six offices. Todd always envisioned having a “commercial” division to support his and his agents’ clients with their commercial real estate needs. So, in 2016 Madison Commercial Properties was formally established. In 2019, management of the commercial division shifted from Michael Griffin to Brandon Gouker, Brian Costello and Nick Jurgens, all three of which were brokers with the company at that time. Since taking over they have implemented a complete re-branding and have grown Madison Commercial Properties to nearly 20 brokers and full time support staff.
