Meet Alex Kovacs

How long have you been in the business?
I have been in the real estate business in one form or another since the 1980’s when I sold houses and did home appraisals to finance graduate school at the University of Florida.

What is/are your specialty/specialties?
I have always been fascinated by the hospitality industry, and have concentrated in this arena. My foundations are in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting, so I have a library of knowledge concerning most property types. I have successfully sold retail, land, and hospitality properties, and completed complex consulting assignments for ski and golf resorts in Colorado and Florida.

What do you think sets you apart from other agents here in the Denver Metro?
Personalized service, and attention to detail. My job is to help my clients be as successful as possible, whether they are buying or selling investment property. I try to be a competent resource to my clients, and try to avoid problems that otherwise might occur down the road.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have always been a rabid skier and snowboarder, which is how I ended up in Colorado in the first place. I also enjoy the summer equivalent in my mind, which is mountain biking. I have been a keyboard player since I was 8, so I enjoy playing music and attending as many concerts as possible.
