What do you think sets you apart from other agents here in the Denver Metro?
Being passionate about what I do, market knowledge and motivated to help my clients achieve their goals. My favorite part of commercial real estate is the ability to develop lasting relationships with my clients.

What’s the biggest challenge your clients face in this current market?
One of the biggest challenges that a multi-family investor has faced during the pandemic has been rent collections. We have seen this percent increase each month as more people are getting back to work. The challenge for businesses leasing office space over the past year is reassessing the amount of SF they currently have with employees productively working from home. Some businesses might consider decreasing the size of their office space.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
When I’m not helping my clients, I love spending time with my family; my wife Stacy and two daughters, Delaney and Finley.
