Denver, CO – December 18, 2020 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at Vista 25 at Arapahoe Station, 8300 E. Maplewood Avenue, Greenwood Village, CO. Timeshare Termination Team, has signed a 6-year lease for Suite 300 consisting of 16,301 SF of office space.

Vista 25 at Arapahoe Station is a three building office complex totaling 198,418 SF on 8.67 acres.

Timeshare Termination Team helps their clients find legal and permanent solutions to get them out of their timeshares. Due to the tremendous growth of the company, CEO Joanna Brown decided to make the move to Vista 25, essentially tripling the footprint from their previous location.
