Colfax Avenue in Aurora, CO.  The 6,721 SF, net leased retail center is home to three national credit tenants in Chase Bank, Checkmate and Pizza Hut.  This impressive retail asset sold on March 5, 2025 for $2,375,000, $353 per square foot.
