Denver, CO – March 5, 2025 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of Hillrose Estate, located at 14456 US Highway 6 in Hillrose, CO.  The estate, situated on 633 acres of agricultural land, consists of a 14,000 SF indoor riding arena, 3,500 SF machine shop, 750 SF garage and a 2,000 SF farmhouse.  The property sold on February 28, 2025, for $2,100,000 or $3,317/acre.
