Denver, CO – March 4, 2025 – Todd Brown, Senior Commercial Broker at Madison Commercial Properties, is pleased to announce the lease of 12687 County Road 2-1/2 in Brighton, Colorado. The lease of the 1.25-acre industrial outdoor storage property included a 1,244 square foot former residence that has been converted to office use.

The lease is set to commence on March 1, 2025, for a term of three years.  The tenant, ITG Communications, a provider of infrastructure services supporting broadband cable and telecommunications industries, is opening a satellite location to support new projects north of the Denver metro area. Todd Brown represented the Landlord in the transaction. The Tenant was unrepresented.
