Denver, CO – February 12, 2025 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of a light industrial asset located at 5335 N Harrison St, Denver and the adjacent 5300 N Jackson, Denver with a total of 11,338 square feet on February 10, 2025. The property hosts three buildings consisting of warehouse storage, industrial office, and a coveted paved yard spanning 1.52 acres, which sold for $2,750,000, or $242.55 per square foot.

Nick Jurgens and Jessica Smith, both of Madison Commercial Properties – Denver, represented the seller, Thornton Pipeline, LLC, a long-standing owner in the community, who is relocating their business headquarters.  Lee & Associates – Denver represented the buyer, 5335 N Harrison LLC.
