Denver, CO – January 28, 2025 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at the Cottrell Business Center located at 7255 S Havana St Centennial, CO.  Cristiano Massa with Express Hardwood & Flooring signed a 5-year lease consisting of 5,225 SF of flex space.

Express Hardwood & Flooring showcases a vast selection of flooring options, from site-finished to prefinished hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and staircase installations.  They have a location in Broomfield, CO and now in Centennial, CO.
