Denver, CO – August 14, 2024 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the off-market sale of 100 South Logan Street in Denver. The 2,900 SF freestanding retail property, home of Logan Liquor since 1978, sold on July 19, 2024 for $2,275,000. The purchase price included the Liquor Store business goodwill in the amount of $575,000.
Brian Costello and Brandon Gouker, both Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties represented the buyer, Nirvair Singh Estate, Inc., in the transaction. The seller, Farber Family, LLLP was represented by Dorit Fischer with NAI Shames Makovsky.
