Announcing a 5-Year Lease Has Been Executed at 4301 S. Federal Blvd, Suite 111 in Sheridan, CO

Denver, CO – May 29, 2024 – Todd Brown, Senior Commercial Broker at Madison Commercial Properties, is pleased to announce the lease of Suite 111 at 4301 S. Federal Blvd in Sheridan, Colorado. The lease of the 1,960 square foot flex space within The South Federal Business Center, a 35,381 square foot multi-tenant flex/light distribution complex, is set to commence on June 1, 2024 for a term of five years.

The tenant, Lucid Wraps, LLC, a provider of “vinyl wrapping” for commercial and personal vehicles, is moving from their current location in southeast Denver, to this larger and more conveniently located facility. Todd Brown represented the Tenant in the transaction. Mark Kennedy and Tyler Harper of The Standard Group represented the Landlord.
