Announcing a 6-Year Lease Has Been Executed at 7261 S. Broadway, Suite 103 in Littleton, CO

Denver, CO – May 15, 2024 – Todd Brown, Senior Commercial Broker at Madison Commercial Properties, is pleased to announce the lease of Suite 103 at 7261 S. Broadway in Littleton, Colorado. The lease of the 2,711 square foot medical office space within The South Broadway Medical Center, a 19,732 square foot multi-tenant medical office building, is set to commence on September 1, 2024 for a term of six years.  The tenant, Colorado TRT, a provider of hormone replacement and pain relief therapy, is moving from their current location, also in Littleton, to this much larger facility. Todd Brown represented the Landlord in the transaction. Brett Beerer of Evergreen Commercial represented the Tenant.
