Race Across America signed a 3-year lease for Suite A consisting of 1,250 SF of office space at 5749 Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder.

Trident Service Solutions signed a 2-year lease for Suite 225 consisting of 1,119 SF of office space at 8471 Turnpike Drive in Westminster.

Toodles, LLC signed a 5-year lease for Suites 103 & 104 consisting of 2,203 SF of retail space at 30901 Stagecoach Boulevard in Evergreen.
