The lease of the 2,325 square foot flex space within Nelson Technical Plaza, a 20,925 square foot multi-tenant building, commenced with lease execution and occupation on February 1, 2024 for a term of three years.  The tenant, Jack’s Roofing, LLC dba Reclamation Roofing, is moving from their first physical location, a much smaller warehouse in south Lakewood. Todd Brown represented the Tenant in the transaction. Earl Duffy at Unique Properties, Inc. represented the Landlord.
