The 2,358 square foot, freestanding retail building with drive-through located in the Brentwood Shopping Center sold on October 27, 2023 for $875,000 or $371 per square foot.
Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, both Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties, LLC represented the buyer Dhillon Bros, Inc, in the transaction. Nick Berryman with Realtec Greeley represented the seller, Rutter and Wilbanks Corp.
“This building was previously occupied by Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. The buyer, who is a previous client of ours, purchased the property with the intent of opening a new liquor store.
