Denver, CO – November 15, 2023 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of 2000 S. Dahlia Street in Denver.  The 3-unit, 19,941 square foot industrial/flex building sold on November 14, 2023 for $3,000,000 or $150 per square foot.
