The lease of approximately 5,005 square foot of retail space within Alameda Crossing, an 82,000 square foot multi-tenant retail center, is set to commence on January 1, 2024, for a term of five years.  The tenant, Ballmer Peak Spirits Company, dba Ballmer Peak Distillery, is opening their second tasting room and production facility. Todd Brown represented the Tenant in the transaction. Manny Cereceres of Retro Commercial represented the Landlord, Lafayette South Sheridan Retail, LLC.
