Denver, CO – August 21, 2023 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the purchase of of industrial development land at Compark Business Campus in Parker, Colorado. The acquistion by a 1031 exchange investor consisted of 5.09 acres or 221,720 square feet, and sold on August 4, 2023 for $1,630,000 or $7.35 per square foot.
Jessica Smith and Nick Jurgens, both of Madison Commercial Properties – Denver, represented the buyer, Smilanic Construction and Design Corp. while Jason White, James McGill, and Mitch Zatz of JLL represented the seller, Compark North, LLC.
