Denver, CO – June 9, 2023 – Madison Commercial Properties, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 1575 Vine Street in Denver. The 2,330 SF freestanding office building, originally constructed in 1947, is located within the Wyman Historic District of City Park West.  The property sold to an owner-user on June 5, 2023 for $1,000,000 or $429/SF.
