Denver, CO – May 16, 2023 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the purchase of .91 AC of land located at 4109 Bruin Blvd, Frederick, CO.  Luke Miller & Mike Davis with Colorado Pavement Solutions purchased the land for the operation of their pavement company.

Colorado Pavement Solutions is a full-service pavement company offering mill and overlay, concrete, paving, patching, seal coat, crack filling and striping.
