Announcing a 10-Year Lease Has Been Executed at 10170 Church Ranch Way in Westminster, CO

Denver, CO – April 10, 2023 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at Church Ranch Office Center, located at 10170 Church Ranch Way in Westminster, CO.  Soar Autism Center signed a 10-year lease for Suite 125, an office space consisting of approximately 8,317 square feet.  Soar Autism Center, a provider of behavioral and related therapy, support and services for children with autism, is opening their seventh location in the metro area.
