Announcing a 10-Year Lease Has Been Executed at 1777 S. Harrison St. in Denver, CO

Denver, CO – April 3, 2023 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at Centerpoint Office Building II located at 1777 S. Harrison Street in Denver, CO.  Soar Autism Center signed a 10-year lease for Suite 200, an office space consisting of approximately 8,081 square feet.  Soar Autism Center, a provider of behavioral and related therapy, support and services for children with autism, is opening their sixth location in the metro area.
