Established in 2004, this 12,344 SF Liquor Store achieved sales in excess of $3,800,000 in 2021. The business transaction successfully closed on February 2, 2023 for $1,550,000 or $800,000 plus $750,000 in inventory.
Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, both Principal/Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties represented the local seller, PS Liquors, Inc. in the transaction. The buyer, Everest Himalaya, LLC was not represented.
