Denver, CO – January 12, 2023 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at 5990 Greenwood Plaza Blvd, Suite 250, Greenwood Village, CO within Building 2 of Greenwood Corporate Plaza, consisting of 103,896 square feet of office space. Cliintel Capital Management Group signed a 5-year lease securing 5,574 square feet of office space, for an undisclosed amount.
