Announcing a 5-Year Lease has been Executed at 285 S. Santa Fe Drive in Denver, CO

Denver, CO – January 4, 2023 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at 285 S. Santa Fe Drive in Denver, CO.  Renee & Nick Vallie with The Bark Club signed a 5-year lease for the entire building consisting of 8,838 SF of office/warehouse space.

Established in 2019 in Lakewood, The Bark Club offers Doggy Day Care and Long-Term Boarding services.  This will be their second location in the Denver Metro Area.
