Denver, CO – January 6, 2023 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at Arapahoe Center, located at 6770 S. Dawson Circle in Centennial.  Mick McKenny with Floor Coverings International-Douglas County, signed a 3-year lease consisting of 2,956 SF of flex space.

Established in 2018, Floor Coverings International offers residential and commercial flooring services offering an in-home mobile flooring showroom service where their clients can enjoy the selection of material in the comfort of their home.
