Established in 1997, this 4,000 SF Liquor Store achieved sales in excess of $1,600,000 in 2021. The business transaction successfully closed on November 22, 2022 for $1,050,000 or $650,000 plus $400,000 in inventory.
Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, both Principal/Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties represented the local seller, Littleton Discount Liquors, Inc. in the transaction. The buyer, NRN Wine and Spirits, Inc. was not represented.
