Announcing a 5-Year Lease has been Executed at 500 Discovery Parkway, Suite 175, in Superior, CO

Denver, CO – August 11, 2022 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at 500 Discovery Parkway, Superior CO.  YouthBar Medspa signed a 5-year lease for Suite 175, consisting of 1,788 square feet of medical office space, for an undisclosed amount.

Jessica Smith, Senior CRE Advisor with Madison Commercial Properties represented the tenant, YouthBar Medspa in the transaction, while Kegan McNutt, Broker Associate with Gibbons-White, and Chris Boston, Vice President of Gibbons-White represented the landlord.

“YouthBar is a well-established medical spa, who served the Boulder County area for many years. Their previous business location, as well as the founder’s home, were destroyed in the Marshal Fire of December 2021. Securing this space affords them the opportunity regain a presence in their community, while rebuilding a foundation from which they will create satellite medical offices.
