Announcing a 5-Year Lease has been Executed at 1550 S. Potomac Street, Suite 370, in Aurora, CO.

Denver, CO – July 20, 2022 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at Potomac Medical Office Building, 1550 S. Potomac Street in Aurora.  Aurora Family Practice Group signed a lease for Suite 370, consisting of 5,413 square feet of medical office space for an undisclosed amount.

Pete Foster, Senior Advisor with Madison Commercial Properties represented the Tenant, Aurora Family Practice Group in the transaction while Jack Schuber, Leasing Manager, with Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Inc., represented the Landlord.
