Denver, CO – July 14, 2022 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at High Point Center, 2170 S. Parker Road in Denver. Soar Autism Center signed a 7-year lease for Suite 100, consisting of approximately 7,766 square feet of professional office space. Soar Autism Center, a provider of behavioral and related therapy, support and services for children with autism, is opening their fourth location in the metro area.
