10-Year Lease Executed at The Northfield Medical Pavilion

Denver, CO – April 15, 2022 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at Northfield Medical Pavilion, 4660 N. Yosemite Street, in the popular Northfield Stapleton neighborhood of Denver, CO. Elevated Eyecare P.C. signed a 10-year lease for Suite A, consisting of 4,188 square feet of medical office space.
