D Valley Liquor in Thornton, Colorado, Sells for $635,000

Denver, CO – March 11, 2021 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of D Valley Liquors, located at 8807 Huron Street, Thornton, Colorado. Established in 2001, this 3,200 SF Liquor Store achieved sales of approximately $1,300,000 in 2021. The business transaction successfully closed on March 10, 2022 for $635,000 or $435,000 plus $200,000 in inventory.

Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, both Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties, represented the local seller, Mings Sherpa, Inc., in the transaction. The buyer, Sonny Liquor Corporation, was not represented.
