3-Year Lease Executed at the Upland Distribution Center II

Denver, CO – February 16, 2022 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at the Upland Distribution Center II, 12601 E 33rd Ave Building I, Aurora, CO 80011. NFT Logistics signed a 3-year lease for Unit 105, consisting of 44,160 SF of Warehouse/Distribution space.

Nick Jurgens, Managing Partner with Madison Commercial Properties, represented NFT Logistics in the transaction. Bill Thompson with CBRE represented the Landlord, IC Industrial REIT.

“This is the first location in Denver for NFT Logistics. They are looking to expand their distribution network in the Denver MSA in the coming years. This is their third location nationally,” stated Nick Jurgens, Managing Partner with Madison Commercial Properties.
