7-Year Lease Executed at The Streets at Southglenn in Centennial, CO.

Denver, CO – February 3, 2022 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at the Streets at Southglenn, 6879 S. Vine Street, Centennial, CO. Wellis Hot Tubs of Colorado signed a 7-year lease for Unit B6-600, consisting of 4,146 SF of retail/showroom space.
