October 15, 2021 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sublease of 9197 West 6th Avenue, Suites 1100 and 1200, Lakewood, CO 80215. The two light industrial condos, consisting of 6,390 square feet of flex space, were leased at $11.24 per square foot on October 11, 2021.
