Meet Luke Raye
How long have you been in the business?
I’ve spent the past 5 years in commercial real estate, but overall 13 years as I started my career in residential, and land development.
What is/are your specialty/specialties?
I provide investors, sellers, landlords, and tenants with knowledge and insights of the greater Denver, and Trinidad Colorado markets. I have a vast resume consisting of industrial, mixed use, office spaces to lease, buy or sell, and experience in the multifamily realm. If you could imagine working in both a secondary market like Denver, and a smaller tertiary market like Trinidad, you learn how to perform in many different facets of real estate.
What do you think sets you apart from other agents here in the Denver Metro?
Many brokers are very busy right now, and a lot of communication gets delayed, therefore clients are missing out on great opportunities. I set proper expectations and pride myself on offering a “high level” of customer service, clear communication, and the ability to save my clients time, risk, and money. My client’s appreciate the fact I can quickly identify opportunities within their wheelhouse, and streamline the transactional process from A-Z.
What’s the biggest challenge your clients face in this current market?
Inadequate and/or lack of inventory. That’s why having a pulse on the “on market” inventory, as well as the “off market” inventory is a game changer. I create these opportunities by nurturing and keeping relationships in good standing over the years, as well as identifying and engaging off market owners/landlords on a regular basis.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I’m a diverse guy. I love everything from world travel, exploring tasty restaurants, to fishing, hiking, snowboarding, scuba and free-diving. I also like maintaining a healthy work-life balance by spending time with family and friends.
