Lone Star Liquor Sells for $975,000

Announcing the Sale of Lone Star Liqour

Denver, CO – September 21, 2021 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of Lone Star Liquor, located at 2724 11th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado. Established in 2014, this 3,540 SF Liquor Store achieved sales in excess of $1,850,000 in 2020. The business transaction successfully closed on September 17, 2021 for $975,000 or $725,000 plus $250,000 in inventory.

Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, both Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties represented the local seller, Lone Star Liquor, LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, JBA Liquors, Inc. was not represented.
