5 Year Lease Executed on South Broadway Automotive Retail Space

Denver, CO – September 15, 2021 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at 2855 S. Broadway, Englewood, CO.  95 Designs, a custom automobile wrapping company, has signed a 5-year lease for 5,721 square feet at the former Groove Auto sales/service/showroom location on South Broadway.  95 Designs is expected to open for business in November.
