Loveland Liquor Sells for $800,000

Announcing the Sale of Loveland Liqours

Denver, CO – August 19, 2021 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of Loveland Liquors, located at 639 N. Cleveland Avenue, Unit A, Loveland, Colorado. Established in 2006, this 3,600 SF Liquor Store achieved sales in excess of $1,384,000 in 2020. The business transaction successfully closed on August 18, 2021 for $800,000 or $550,000 plus $250,000 in inventory.

Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, both Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties represented the local seller, Loveland Spirits, Inc., in the transaction. The buyer, B&B Liquors, LLC was not represented.
