Meet Jessica Smith

How long have you been in the business?
I started with Development in 2015 after retiring from the military.

What is/are your specialty/specialties?
I work in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate, with my favorite pursuits being in the Development and Industrial sectors.

What do you think sets you apart from other agents here in the Denver Metro?
Customer Service, Communication, and Attentiveness.
Many of my clients are new to Commercial Real Estate and have a high desire to learn and understand the process, so we spend a great deal of time together going over all aspects of their real estate venture. I also work with several investors who are building out their portfolio, which requires extra research and attention to detail to support their goals.

What is the status of the current market?
Industrial has stayed strong on all levels, and Land Development is reemerging from 2020. Across the board, we are starting to see a rise in office needs, whether that’s moving to a larger or smaller space, and with that, the office sector seems to be in recovery, but all indications show the work-from-home trend isn’t transitory and is expected to last for years to come. I am also seeing a greater need in the medical sector, with additional locations and larger square footage needs at the forefront.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
As a veteran, my heart is still with the military and I work on a variety of projects supporting our troops. Scuba diving and running RZR trails are at the top of my favorite activities, all of which are keeping me humble.
